Our Story
4Zero was founded in Melbourne in 2018 to bridge the gap between physical operations and digital decision-making. From the beginning, our focus has been on connecting infrastructure, operational data and intelligent systems in ways that improve how organisations see, understand and respond to real-world events.
Since then, we have developed deep capability across connected sensing, telemetry, edge computing, data integration, AI and workflow automation. This experience has been built in complex environments where fragmented systems, limited visibility and operational constraints make conventional approaches insufficient.
Today, 4Zero is focused on solving safety, resilience and operational challenges across transportation, critical infrastructure and public safety. We work with customers and technology partners to use existing infrastructure wherever practical, validate solutions in the field and turn complex ideas into systems that deliver measurable operational value.
Our team combines commercial leadership, engineering and platform delivery with practical experience across customer, technology and partner ecosystems. We take on the operational problems that sit between the physical and digital worlds, and make them work in the real world.
